Delivery times are given as a guide, any delays once shipped are a pain but we take no responsibility for. 

Any customs or extra fees at the delivery end are the buyers responsibility.

All items are tracked but,if you have any doubt about security of delivery at your end you must choose signiture required International Courier postal option.


We do not refund for lost mail, but  we will do everthing possible to track your item.

Refunds And Exchanges :

All items are quality controlled before shipping. We always endeavour to use the best quality products in our garments. We take pride in what we make and want to supply you with a great product.

If for any reason there is a fault with a garment we reserve the right to repair or replace the garment before discussing refunding.

No returns are accepted without prior contact.

Return post is at buyers expence and refunds are less 10% handling fee and all payment transaction fees.

All garments have sewn in care and fabric content labels as required in New Zealand. Washing and care of your garment is important for its longevity we do not refund garments that have diminished due to poor care and handling.

No refunds or exchanges for change of mind, if in doubt please ask for more photos or where possible see one of our retailers.

Please ensure you pick the correct size. We will discuss exchange but will not refund. If unsure of the correct size for you, email us with your measurements so we can recommend the best size or offer a made to measure garment.
